2d7c9a0db2 [checklang] Don't normalize languages to lc. 
"serendipity_lang_pt_PT.inc.php" is mixed
case and won't be found if languages are
normalized to lowercase.

f8f40d27a4 Add language file checker. 
This checker will find duplicate, missing and
superfluous constants in Serendipity's language
files.
