Cardo Updater puts the main binary `cardo-updater` into `/usr/local/` and
registers this as a LaunchDaemon with the file `/Library/LaunchDaemons/com.cardosystems.cardo-updater.plist`.
After killing all `cardo-updater` processes and removing both files, the updater is gone.
