SrvAny.exe doesn't recognize when the launched application exits. Windows still thinks that the service (SrvAny.exe) is running and so error handling (restart app, restart windows, etc.) doesn't occur.

Winserv doesn't have this problem. Get it from http://sw4me.com/wiki/Winserv?v=qw0.
